Creativity is explored in these art enrichment classes with a range of ever-
expanding projects geared towards ages 4-12.
Classes are always new each and every season, and there will never be a repeated lesson. Instead of decorating pre-existing shapes or making “cookie-cutter art,” children start from scratch and, by so doing, see firsthand how artwork evolves.

The students will learn about famous artists and different styles of art, interact with their classmates by being able to ask questions, and inspire their curiosity! During this spring semester, children will experience an inventive curriculum provided by Mrs. La Russa who has taught in the Bay Area for over 10 + years.
In these classes, we will be focusing on developing fine motor skills, exploring a variety of art media, building primary art vocabulary, and cultivating an open mind. The students will take steps to achieve independence, making decisions about their work, while learning new skills and techniques; this gives the children an immense sense of achievement and pride while also becoming a great marker in their development and childhood.

Art Summer Camp

In this wonderful art-filled summer camp your child will be exploring different styles of art and many types of mediums such as acrylic paint, clay, watercolors, oil pastels, printmaking and so much more.
Mrs. La Russa uses a story method to incorporate art history in a fun and interesting way so they retain the knowledge. The children will learn, grow, and expand their artistic ability with these easy-to-follow art instructions. They will walk away with newfound capabilities and a strong sense of confidence!
Whether you sign your children up for just one camp or for multiple, they will learn new and exciting forms of art every week. Camp ends with an amazing art show by the students, a delightful art party with treats & prizes, fantastic face painting, and a photo booth. All camps include t-shirts, sketchbooks, personal art packs with markers, colored pencils, erasers, stickers and so much more.
Daily snacks and fresh lemonade are provided. Full and half day camps are available.
